If you love red wine, you cannot miss the Irpinia organic wines produced by Cantine Delite. These are four labels of the highest quality, made from grapes of only 100% Irpinia Aglianico, the native grape variety that best expresses the character and quality of the Irpinia territory.

Prominent among our wines is the “Pentamerone” Taurasi DOCG, the most prestigious appellation in Campania, which guarantees the origin and typicality of this wine, which is distinguished by its intense ruby red color, its scent of berries and spices, and its dry, tannic, soft and flavor. It is a wine that pairs perfectly with red meats, aged cheeses, mushrooms and truffles, and has a great aptitude for aging.

Our “Generoso” Irpinia Aglianico DOC is a still red wine made from the red vinification of Aglianico grapes, with a mandatory aging period of at least six months. It has a lively ruby red color with purplish highlights, an intense aroma of black cherry, plum, black pepper and violets, and a fresh, tannic, full-bodied flavor.

Irpinia Campi Taurasini DOC is a subzone of Irpinia DOC, which includes the municipalities surrounding Taurasi. The wine obtained from this area has characteristics of elegance and drinkability, while maintaining the structure and personality of Aglianico. Our “Nonna Seppa” has a ruby red color, a bouquet of red fruits, cherry, licorice and tobacco, and a harmonious, balanced and persistent flavor.

Finally, “Emmente” our Irpinia Rosato DOC Organic is a rosé wine made from organically grown Aglianico grapes, vinified in white with a short cold maceration. It has a dark rosé color, an intense aroma of red apple, wild strawberries and berries, and a concentrated, fresh and spicy flavor. It is ideal paired with aperitifs, sushi, summer tomato dishes and fish tartare

Our winery grows Irpinia Aglianico grapes using organic methods, respecting the environment and biodiversity. Our vineyards are located in the hills, on clay soils with southeastern exposure, which favor ripening and concentration of aromas. Harvesting is by hand, vinification is classic red, and aging takes place in wood and bottle.

The result is wines of great personality and elegance, which have received numerous awards and appreciation from critics and consumers.
